אפליקציית "קריאה בתורה" ("האפליקציה") מחברת בין גבאי בתי כנסת לבין בעלי קוראים בתורה. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים אנו אוספים, למה, וכיצד הם נשמרים ומשותפים.

נתוני שימוש

האפליקציה רושמת אילו מסכים נפתחו, מתי, באיזו גרסת אפליקציה ובאיזה סוג מכשיר. המידע משמש אך ורק לשיפור האפליקציה ולתמיכה במשתמשים (למשל, לדעת מי עדיין משתמש בגרסה ישנה), והוא גלוי למנהל האפליקציה בלבד — לא למשתמשים אחרים, ולא מועבר לשום גורם חיצוני לצורכי פרסום או מעקב. יומן הכניסות המפורט נשמר עד 30 יום ונמחק לאחר מכן; נשמר רק סיכום כללי (מועד הכניסה האחרונה ומספר הכניסות לכל מסך) כל עוד החשבון קיים, והוא נמחק יחד עם החשבון.

כיצד הנתונים נשמרים

הנתונים נשמרים בשירותי Google Firebase (Firestore ואחסון קבצים) על שרתי Google. הגישה מוגבלת לפי כללי אבטחה. התראות הדחיפה נשלחות דרך שירות Expo Push.

באפשרותך לבקש מחיקה מלאה של החשבון והנתונים שלך בכל עת. ניתן לפנות אלינו בדוא"ל (למטה) ונמחק את המידע. אנו פועלים להוספת מחיקת חשבון ישירות מתוך האפליקציה.

אבטחה

אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים לשמירת המידע, אך אף שירות אינו מאובטח ב-100%. השימוש באפליקציה הוא באחריותך.

קטינים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מהם.

Privacy Policy — "Kriah BaTorah" App

The "Kriah BaTorah" app connects synagogue gabbaim with Torah readers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is stored and shared.

Data we collect

Account — email address (via Google or email/password sign-in) for account identification.
Profile — name, phone number, age (optional), city, reading rite (nusach), and user type (reader / gabai / both).
Location — approximate or precise device location, to match nearby reading requests (within 2 km). Optional; the app works by city if declined.
Audio recording — an optional reading sample you record, shown to gabbaim.
Push token — to send you notifications.
App usage data — which screens were opened and when, the installed app version, and device type (Android / iPhone).

Usage data

The app records which screens were opened, when, the app version and the device type. This is used only to improve the app and to support users (e.g. to know who is still on an old version), and is visible only to the app administrator — not to other users, and not shared with any third party for advertising or tracking. The detailed visit log is kept for up to 30 days and then deleted; only a summary (last-seen time and per-screen open counts) is kept while the account exists, and it is deleted together with the account.

How we use it

To show relevant nearby requests, enable contact after a match, send notifications, and show gabbaim how many readers are registered in their area.

Storage & sharing

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore & Storage). Push notifications are sent via Expo Push. Your phone number is revealed to a gabai only after you are approved for a reading. We do not sell personal data.

Account deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. In-app account deletion is being added.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.
